Executive Director

Erica Gagne

Led by Executive Director Erica, our team is committed to providing crisis intervention, advocacy, and a safe, compassionate space for individuals who have been raped or sexually assaulted.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create an environment where rape is no longer the most underreported crime. We foster a space where victims and survivors can share their stories without fear, embarrassment, or shame. We advocate for accountability by working to improve attrition rates for perpetrators and ensuring that all rape kits are tested in a timely manner.

Our Vision

Our vision is a world where every victim and survivor of rape or sexual assault feels heard, seen, and believed. We are committed to a future in which rape and sexual assault are taken far more seriously by the criminal legal system, leading to increased reporting and meaningful accountability for perpetrators.

How Rozica, Inc. Helps

We provide training on crisis intervention, advocacy for victims of rape, trauma‑based therapy, and the impact of rape on victims, survivors, and their families.

We conduct research on rape reporting, attrition rates for perpetrators, untested rape kits, and the short‑ and long‑term effects of rape on individuals and their loved ones.

Our on‑call clinicians offer confidential support to victims who want to talk through what happened, complete a rape kit, or file a police report. We accompany victims to hospitals and police stations upon request, provide follow‑up support, ensure they are safe, help interpret rape kit results, and track case outcomes.

We work to improve policies related to untested rape kits, strengthen rape reporting, and ensure that every victim has access to an advocate. We remain committed to seeing every rape kit tested.
